Born in Izmir in 1975, Seden Limoncuoğlu graduated from Izmir American College and continued her education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychology. She started to work at Unilever right after her graduation and worked in different positions between 1997 and 2017, leading many national and international teams and making significant contributions to corporate HR transformations.

In his first role at Unilever, as a training manager, he designed training programs that would meet the needs of the business, the individual and the team together contributing to business performance. After that, she assumed human resources management roles in different business units. In order to gain intercultural experience in her career, she managed project teams in Human Resources global process changes. Later, she managed human resources services operations in sourced and outsourced teams across three continents including Africa and Asia with remote management principles.

In his role as a director in North Africa, Russia and South Asia, she adopted a coaching style to help the executives whom she worked to gain the ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize local vs global agenda. She developed the managerial, influencing skills and organizational awareness of her teams in different geographies and helped them become candidates for higher positions.

Combining her twenty years of international experience in human resources management with Gestalt coaching skills and International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC accreditation, she guides executives to improve their lives and business results to spend a quality balanced life.

Civil Society Experiences

In addition to her professional career, she supports various organizations to transfer her experience in talent management and organizational development to non-governmental organizations.

YenidenBiz Association

As a member of the executive board of YenidenBiz Association, she coordinated training programs to facilitate the return to work of women who are university graduates, have more than 7 years of experience, have taken a break from work for at least 1 year and want to return to work

Faydasıçok Foundation

She is among the mentors of Faydasıçok Foundation's "University Student Pearls" program, which aims to equip female engineer candidates to guide their careers.

Boğaziçi University Career Center

In the restructuring project of Boğaziçi University Career Center, he ensured that the organization and business model was designed by a consultant team and collaborations with start-ups and NGOs were established.
